Unfortunately, Golden Sword only comes at 1 copy. This is less of a problem in Japan (though still a breaking of the expectation that you could get 4 copies of all cards with 2 Starter Decks) due to the High Rarity Pack existing, but when the English print comes later, we won't have any High Rarity Pack to help.
Pictured here is a since deleted tweet that Ikeda made, replying to someone complaining about the situation, apologizing and saying he didn't realize Golden Sword was only at 1 in the final version of the deck, so it seems like this was a mistake. Hopefully it will be fixed for the English release, and ideally the Japanese version will get some Promo release of Golden Sword to make it more accessible.
As for why the tweet was deleted? Our guess is that it was something done to avoiding shifting blame, and a proper statement will be made later (perhaps on Ikeda's upcoming stream).

Unfortunately, Golden Sword only comes at 1 copy. This is less of a problem in Japan (though still a breaking of the expectation that you could get 4 copies of all cards with 2 Starter Decks) due to the High Rarity Pack existing, but when the English print comes later, we won't have any High Rarity Pack to help. Pictured here is a since deleted tweet that Ikeda made, replying to someone complaining about the situation, apologizing and saying he didn't realize Golden Sword was only at 1 in the final version of the deck, so it seems like this was a mistake. Hopefully it will be fixed for the English release, and ideally the Japanese version will get some Promo release of Golden Sword to make it more accessible.
As for why the tweet was deleted? Our guess is that it was something done to avoiding shifting blame, and a proper statement will be made later (perhaps on Ikeda's upcoming stream).
