First up is the reveal of the Zombie promo that will be distributed at official tournaments in Japan, which is meant to fix the initial issue of the deck's Level Limit.

NOTE: The attribute listed as "Betrayer" is the same as the one previously translated as "Traitor". English cards have been revealed recently that confirm the official english localization of the attribute to be "Betrayer". Our Revealed Cards article will likely not be updated with this, as we will have our card database up very soon, which will be replacing that article's function.

The second piece of news is one many in the community have been waiting for, and is great news for those who imported Japanese product early. The official twitter has confirmed that mixing languages will be tournament legal!

Q: Are we allowed to use Gate Ruler cards from the English release in Japan? Is it possible to mix the English and Japanese cards? And vice versa, can Japanese cards be used in English events?

A: Yes, this is allowed.

[Explanation] Permitted cards at official tournaments is limited only by if it is an officially published Gate Ruler product or promotional card. Therefore, you are allowed to use the officially published English version. However, bear in mind that if the organizer wants a particular language used due to not speaking in another language, you should follow that.
