With a high rarity Exvader reveal we now have a good idea of how many Exvader cards will be in the set overall. There's a total of 115 cards in the normal numbering for the Japanese version of the set, based on the product information. With Hound of Tindalos at 111 we'd be getting 6-7, depending on if Exvaders get a Legend this set.

Opinion
Hound of Tindalos provides some powerful tools to GB02's Endbringer deck, and heavily pushes the deck towards preferring Hand-based Rulers. Hound of Tindalos carries the same temporary removal Vamha before it had, except limited to low level units, which Endbringer's charge dropping units like Cthulhu, the Eldritch God, Hastur, the Eldritch God, and Noisemaker can then turn into permanent removal.
Beyond that basic function, Hound of Tindalos can normal summon itself as an instant action, allowing its temporary removal to be used to disrupt the opponent's attack patterns or to just get an extra attack in. Keep in mind that a unit returned to the opponent from Hound of Tindalos or Vamha will be readied, so the disruption instead comes from making your opponent choose between attacking into Hound of Tindalos with a higher STK unit or let you keep the unit in charge.
Lastly, each Hound of Tindalos that hits your grave will be able to remove itself to discount the big Endbringer boss units by 1 resource, which helps ensure you can always play them, and makes comboing them with Hound of Tindalos itself much easier.
