Analysis
A Level 2 event that carries two very common effects we've been seeing in Set 3! While potentially useful, for both Level Limit and Resource costs, 2 is pretty hefty for that effect, when most methods of getting these effects has not been costed that way, at worst they've been attached to a unit. However, it could be played on 20. T - Trickster. Its level doesn't matter there, as you can play it exclusively via either
or Trickster's ability, so it could be a powerful choice there.
