The English reveal for September 18th is the Volnar ★★★, Dark Knight Vamel. With this the pattern of English reveals seems to be continuing with Volnar into ★★★, so factions likely won't change until we're through all of these. The next two on the current pattern would be Magical School Prodigy Paula and Embrace of the Night, Mortana. Most likely, the final ★★★ is Fell Dragon Priest Zoa.

Analysis
Skull Butler is a rather diverse search card, able to grab boss units for Beasts, Endbringers, Dark Knights, the new Biomutant Squad archetype in Crimenauts, and even the powerful Lucifer the Lightbringer! Carrying the Dungeon attribute, its also meant for use with Melror, Reclusive Demon Lord. Perhaps we'll see support for Dungeon in the near future to begin tying those cards together more?
The cost of the search being a discard also gives it synergy with the Genesis Summoning cards that summon themselves when discarded. The most potent combo here is with Rikori of the Cluster Amaryllis, as Butler is a Supernatural itself, so you can use Butler to set up a Demon Lord in hand for next turn, and then use Rikori's Genesis Summon to bring out a different Demon Lord for the current turn, or alternatively a Dragon like Vabelcion, the Battle-Forged or a Deity like Konohanasakuya-hime.
