Unfortunately, we have a misprint here. On Paula's
ability, the Japanese version can add a "level 1 or lower unit" but the English version says it can only add a "level 1 unit". In cases like this, the floor rules say the Japanese print (including all Japanese erratas) take precedence.(Source)
