Analysis
Two Options brings a restrictive, but powerful, draw option to Hand Rulers opting to run Wonderverse. The 1 cost and CNT to draw 1 makes it a very attractive choice, but due to the limitations on its draw 2 it'll only really work out for builds that find themselves running low on card advantage. Decks like Blue-Pink Firepower won't like it very much due to their set flooding turning this card off. On the other hand, decks planning to utilize Space Captain Ed might get a lot of value out of this card, as the Discount will not only help set up your hand for its activation, but will give you another useful Wonderverse event to activate from the graveyard with his Damage Reversal.
Its alternative effect to remove from play
s from the top of your opponent's deck is a nice little side option, but isn't likely to be the reason you play the card. On average it'll remove 1 or 2 s from your opponent's deck, but since your opponent shuffles afterwards, the chance of s showing up is still very present. That said, it can be used to screw up stuff like Kouga Kinomiya, Oniga Regiment Commander (when the 
or 
is used on the previous turn), Captain Craig of the Dimensional Fault Interception Unit, and builds trying to abuse Masuraoh Exo-Armor Fusion Form "Kongou".
