Opinion
Unlike Draconoid Dreadnaught "Fuse-ikazuchi" that was revealed yesterday, which creates a new kind of aggressive Military build, Battalionslinger, Garson instead supports the already popular effect damage builds. Garson gives even more consistency to G&G Armament Factory, a card that was already very consistent due to playing itself with its CNT now gets even more consistency from Garson's search effect!

In addition, Garson has a damage dealing effect himself, making him a very efficient single card, getting out your key field card while immediately threatening the opponent's board! For Military-based G&G decks, Garson ends up a strictly better Mechanized Dragoon "Viktor", as it comes out for the same cost, has 1 more HP, and deals the same amount of damage with its on attack ability. While Viktor certainly has a higher cap, due to starting at 2 damage, Garson will almost always edge out over Viktor in practice due to adding a G&G Armament Factory to the board.

Garson's main drawback in comparison to Viktor is that on turn 1, before you can have the Military cards in the graveyard to fulfill the Cost Reduction, you will have to pay more than Viktor, but since you'll always have 3 resources on turn 1 and Garson sets up G&G, this will hardly be a major detriment for decks focused on this strategy.
