Analysis
Rite of False God Exile provides a new form of hard removal, which had been previously scarce, and on a super cheap card to boot! Of course, to get its removal you need to give up a unit of equivalent size. The most obvious combo is of course Rikori of the Cluster Amaryllis, to make your opponent lose an additional card, and thanks to Rikori's special summon ability, you can do this without even expending resources to get it on the field to sacrifice. Level modifying cards, especially ones like Le Shabti Cat Sith may also be useful here for avoiding paying full resource cost. Unfortunately, combos end there, as its wording prevents the card from being combined with Charge Shield, or similar abilities like Shinno Akugorou's "Chief of All Demons".
On one last note, while there's no fancy combos here, Space Captain Ed may be a good card to use as fodder to take out any opposing unit you may want to, as among the Level 4s it is unique in having a very low statline and getting all of its value before moving into attack phase.
