I told you previously that the Gate Ruler presentation would be October 30th if COVID-19 did not delay it further, but it will need to be delayed by a month. Due to people in Tokyo being unable to go to other prefectures, this has delayed parts of the preparations. (Source)
Now for the good news. Despite the situation, the release date of Gate Ruler has not changed. Normally, a TCG is released half a year to a year after its presentation. However Gate Ruler will not have to wait that long after its presentation, it is planned to release 3 months after the presentation. (Source)
That said, it is still possible that as the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop the presentation and/or the release date will need to be delayed again." (Source)
Ikeda also posted the full art of Gashadokuro as an apology, as it was originally going to be shown at the presentation, but since Ikeda has given the GateRealize discord an early look at that full art, this isn't new information for our site.
