In this article we're talking about some exciting new information about the free Trial Deck! We also recently learned new information about the free Trial Deck's ruler (there's actually two), so go check that out in our article covering the new Ruler information.

Before Gate Ruler's launch, there is a plan to sell magazine books at bookstores nationwide. The free Trial Deck will be included, as well as some cards from the 2nd Booster Pack as a special promotion. Its through bookstores, so if you make a reservation, you can ensure you'll get it (not currently possible)

About the free Trial Deck.
We plan to distribute it in various ways around November 27th. We are looking into ways to get it to people in rural areas who do not have a local card shop.

Also, around the same time, the PDF of the free Trial Deck will be available for download from the official website.

Additional information on these free, downloadable cards to expand the free Trial Deck was also mentioned in Ikeda's recent livestream, so we've translated the information on it that was summarized in this fan blogpost.

There was a surprise statement that after the pack is released, there will be an additional card pool available for download for the free Trial Deck.

Furthermore, it seems these downloaded cards will have a special mark on them so they can be used in official tournaments.
